How Does It Work?
It is very easy to use Calendar Reminder. Below are some examples.

Example 1: Birthday
Only 3 steps are needed for you to add a birthday reminder:
1. Click the Birthday Reminder button.

2. Fill out the pop-up form.
3. Click OK to save, and then close the pop-up form.
Now you have set up your first birthday reminder. Two days before the date of birthday (by default, but customizable), a pop-up window will alert you of the event.

Example 2: Events and appointments
Using "New Event" function can remind you of any appointment or meeting in the future. Only 3 steps are needed for you to add a single-occurrence event:
1. Click on the New Event button.

2. Fill out the pop-up form.
3. Click OK to save, and then close the pop-up form.
A reminder window will pop-up at the appropriate time. You can even specify advanced functions for the same time, such as sending Email, minimizing all the desktop windows, locking or shutting down your computer, etc.

Example 3: Just remind me after 30 minutes
There are always a lot of things you need to deal with in the next couple of hours. You have to keep these things in your mind even while you are doing other important things. With this feature of Calendar Reminder, you can easily get rid of this annoying situation. "Express Remind" provides you the quickest way to add a reminder, regardless of what the current time is. Two steps are needed to do this:
1. Click the Express Remind button.
2. Specify the necessary information for the task.
The Calendar Reminder will remind you with a pop-up a window at the appropriate time.

Example 4: Schedule of everyday tasks
You can easily browse the selected day’s reminders using the "Calendar" function. When you switch to calendar tab, a list in the middle of the screen will show you the reminder list for that day. You can also add an event for that day simply by clicking on the "Event Add" button.

Calendar Reminder can also manage recurrent events (daily, monthly, and anniversary events). You can easily select this option by clicking on the corresponding buttons and filling out the pop-up forms. No need to think or write it down; just save it and leave the Calendar Reminder to do its work.

Example 5: Schedule the computer to shut down
You can easily use CalendarReminder to schedule the computer to shut down at a specific time. And You can specify a lot of useful, advanced options once the reminder is triggered.
1. Create a new event
2. Click on the Actions button to access the functions
3. Check the Shutdown PC checkbox on the below
